COVID 19 Policy

We will be seeing patients via telemedicine beginning 3/23/20

Hi All -

As a valued patient, I appreciate the trust you place in us and would like to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Danielle & I are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our protocols as a result of new information.  

Our highest priority is to keep our community as safe as possible. In order to do so, starting March 23rd all appointments will be held via telemedicine. We will not be seeing patients in our office.  

I realize being seen via internet is a change & might be a little intimidating for some. I want to assure you it is as straightforward as a phone call (also, easier than ordering a pizza online).

All you need to do is click on this link to connect with me at the time of your appointment:  https://doxy.me/novus (go ahead .... try it out for practice).  Add your name & click connect.  You will be prompted to turn on your camera & microphone.  After that, we're ready to go!   

If you have any questions about this notification or your upcoming appointment, please call Danielle at the office or send a message to one of us from your portal account. 

We will continue to use telemedicine for as long as the public health officials feel it is necessary.
